RACE rear upper control arms for BMW E36 / E36 M3 / E46 / E46 M3 / Z4 / Z4M models. Main features of the kits. AW-7075 lightweight aluminum upper control arms, solid billet H-profile design. Angled end version (recommended for E46 chassis and/or low ride height on E36 chassis).

Replaceable heavy duty XM-series rod ends. 100% more rigid than original arms for all racing applications. Comes with sway bar rod end conversion -kit. Fits all E36 / E46 / Z4 non-M and M-models.

E36 might require trimming of the spring holder in the chassis at low ride height. E46 might require notching of the chassis at low ride height. Comes with all parts shown in the pictures and of course. WHY DO YOU NEED ONE? BMW E36 / E46 rear suspension from the factory is a compromise mainly intended for street use, rubber bushings tend to make the steering feel sloppy. When lowering your car wheel alignment goes wrong and more adjustability might be required than original components allow, also applies for track driving. With these components you will gain sharp and precise steering feel with full adjustability for your needs. Upper control arms does not have provision for spring which allows very rigid, lightweight construction that in addition of all other benefits stated above, is highly desired for all racing applications. DOES IT FIT MY CAR? The components fit most of the E36 / E46 models including M3 / Z4 / Z4M. E36 / E46 / Z4 upper control arms. IS IT EASY TO INSTALL? No special tools needed, all parts will directly bolt-on. Sway bar conversion kit requires welding if used with original sway bar. Aftermarket sway bars usually have drilled holes for rod end mounting. HOW ABOUT THE LIFETIME AND SERVICE OF THE KIT? The kits have been proven on street and track applications by many of our customers. We have proven the very same bearings with no maintenance for 20,000 kilometers, through the year, in daily use without signs of excessive wear.

When the bearing life comes to an end, they're easily replaceable! Bearings are available around the world from automotive and industrial dealers and any of the spare parts can be also bought separately from us.
